The Department is located in the Palaeontology Building at the eastern end of of the Natural History Museum site on Cromwell Road in South Kensington.
The Department of Palaeontology currently houses full-time researchers, curators, and support personnel engaged in a wide variety of scientific research and commercial projects that focus on the study of fossils through time. The Department of Palaeontology also houses all of the Museum's on-site palaeontological collections.
