The Museum plays a vital role in providing accurate identifications of reported catches of fishes around the UK. Many unlikely marine visitors reach our shores each year. Join us to explore how these fish locations allow us to think about climate change and its impact on our world. Using a live link-up from the Tank Room, where all the largest specimens are stored in alcohol, Museum fish curators examine the first-ever British caught barracuda and a swordfish washed up in Avonmouth.
